Taj / Kelly Humphry

We started Humphry Property Management in 1999 not too long after we met while working in Real Estate together.
We have both been in Property Management and Real Estate for over 25 years and are very passionate about what we do. We hope to create relationships with our tenants and help them move from tenancy to homeownership when they are ready. Our experiences over the last 25 years have allowed us to become very knowledgeable on the market in the Treasure Valley and the surrounding areas and we hope to use that knowledge to help the people around us whether that is to buy, sell, or rent!
Outside of our business we like to spend time with our family. We enjoy time at the lake, fishing, riding side by sides, and playing with our pups.

I’ve worked for Humphry Property Management for 4 years and the last 2 have been full time as the receptionist. I also work as a Realtor for the Humphry Real Estate Team! I love the family environment this team creates and the people I get to work with everyday. Outside of work I love to snowboard, hike, hunt, ride motorcycles, and spend time with family. I love anything to do with the outdoors! The best part is being able to do all of this with my boyfriend and our little golden retriever we have!

Humphry Property management has great to rent from. We have had no problems with them what so ever. They have always helped with maintenance issues when needed in a timely manner. My husband and I recently bought our first home through Justine, who works with this company. She was the absolute best to work with! She bent over backwards to help us find the right home, such as getting us showing the day we seen a house we liked or even the next day. With the house we bought, she got a good price with some good deals. If I were to buy another one, I would definitely go through her again. Thank you for all your hard work ❤️
